About: REBL

REBL UNION is Montreal’s first boxing-inspired boutique fitness studio, located in Griffintown. Our 50 min class features rounds on our water-filled Aqua Bags and strength training. We welcome all that brandish two fists and one full heart for a music-driven full-body workout.

The REBL UNION App Is the easiest way to view class schedules, sign up for classes, view ongoing promotions, as well as view the studio’s location, and contact information.
