About: Food Allergy Asthma Survey App

This application is based on ISAAC (The International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood), pre-tested and, C-ACT (Childhood Asthma Control Test) questionnaires. It helps in data collection and transformation of data suitable for SPSS. The app is funded by Northwestern University, Chicago, USA under UoM-NU project entitled “Prevalence of Asthma and Food Allergy among children from selected Rural and Urban Schools of Mysore region” held by Prof. Asna Urooj, Professor and Chairperson, DoS in Food Science and Nutrition, Manasagangotri, University of Mysore, Mysuru, India, and Dr. Ruchi S Gupta, Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine, Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern Medicine, Chicago, Illinois, USA.
