About: Uplift Strength and Spirit

UPLIFT Strength & Spirit is a holistic health and fitness center that serves the Washington, D.C. area, offering individualized strength training, nutrition, and yoga. We track your program daily and check-in personally every 6 weeks to measure your progress.
