Welcome to Broth!

Our dining experience reflects Hawaii’s diverse cultural and agricultural heritage. Regenerating soil, preserving water sheds and minimizing waste are at the core of our principals. Colorful, distinctive presentation and design mirror our islands resource rich landscape.

We strive to create a healthy community by making available our cuisine featuring high quality, locally grown ingredients. Food and drink are incredible medicines, maybe our most powerful.
