About: Lowkey Offers Send offers on

With housing inventory at its all time lows, many home buyers are not able to find homes to buy, especially in their desired neighborhoods.
The purpose of this app is to allow home buyers, with a few clicks, the opportunity to submit a non-binding offer directly to the owners of homes they love, without real estate agents getting involved.
Even if the home owners were not thinking about selling, your offer may be the right one to entice them to sell. You have nothing to lose. It's free to use.
Step 1. Find a house you love, even if it's not listed for sale.
Step 2. Download this app.

Step 3. Fill out a brief, non-binding offer form and tell the owners how much you love their home.
Step 4. Wait a few days until we contact the owners and present them your offer.
Step 5. We will let you know if they accepted your offer or not.
It is THAT simple! They might say yes and guess what? You are on your way to moving into a house that never hit the market.
