The app consists in a correlation between the 10th and 11th revisions of World Health Organization International Diagnostic Codes (ICD) for congenital heart disease. As the earlier version – ICD 10th has less than 100 codes and the current version ICD-11th has over 230 codes, there is a need to interconnect these codes so that previously coded diagnoses are not missed in future research and clinical work.
