* How to use
- Login: Select the name of the living treatment center you entered and enter the room and date of birth only in numbers
- Health information record: After selecting the health information record icon on the main screen, measure daily biosignals, enter the measured number, and press the record button to transmit.

* Main function
- Health information record: Input and transmit measured data such as body temperature, blood pressure/pulse rate, and oxygen saturation
- Questionnaire: Check the contents of the questionnaire filled out when entering the community treatment center
- Non-face-to-face treatment: Remotely using video calls and chatting with medical staff (requires advance reservation with medical staff)
