At work, create groups for each project or team, and share Action (status) such as whether they can answer the call, are at work, or are in a meeting to facilitate communication.

You can leave a message like you used to send with a sticky note. Even if you can't contact, you can tell the other party, and you don't have to worry about losing sticky notes.
