Different battle modes:
Cube racer features battle modes following traditional WCA formats.
ao5: Average of 5 - Complete 5 solves where the fastest and the slowest solve will be removed. Take the mean of the remaining 3 solves as your final average time. This is the most popular timing method among all cubers. It is also a timing method where WCA uses to track official world record in competition.
ao12: Average of 12 - Complete 12 solves where the fastest and the slowest solve will be removed. Take the mean of the remaining 10 solves as your final average time.
mo3: Mean of 3 - Complete 3 solves and take the mean of the solves as your final average time.
deviation6: Deviation of 6 - Complete 6 solves and you aim to be consistent or improve your time against your previous record for each solve. The user with the least deviation (or the most improvement) will win the round. Try to get 3 wins before your friend!
deviation12: Deviation of 12 - Complete 12 solves and you aim to be consistent or improve your time against your previous record for each solve. The user with the least deviation (or the most improvement) will win the round. Try to get 6 wins before your friend!
