Shake N Date is a relationship app that was created to help couples keep their relationship exciting, meaningful and spicy; to increase the quality time they spend with each other.

Instead of strengthening their relationships, our friends were all getting Uber Eats, and watching Netflix or Disney. Or they were going out but not putting their phones away and spending their date on social media, scrolling through Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.

With the massive rise of dating apps like Tinder, Hinge and Bumble it's becoming way too easy to bail out without putting in the hard yards. There is even an app for married people (Ashley Madison) which we think is crazy, but if that’s what you’re into, we’ll still love you!

Shake N Date gives you three jars; Restaurants, Activities and Intimacy (with more to come). These jars are filled with date ideas that suit you and the preferences you and your partner select.

Together as a couple, choose a jar for date night, and shake that jar to draw date ideas. However, you better be quick! You only have 90 seconds to “Date It” (accept the date) or “Shake It” (Reshake and draw other dates).

Now all that’s left to do is go and enjoy your dates and reignite that spark into a raging fire once more!

Most couples will find the free version enough, which refreshes the date jars once a month, equating to 3 dates a month. But for those who want more we have the following subscriptions:
- The “Love Birds” subscription (roughly equivalent to a cup of coffee a month), refreshes the jars once a week
- The “Romeo and Juliet” subscription refreshes jars every 24 hours.

We’ve implemented the “Shake It” feature so that a decision has to be made and to make the selection process a bit more exciting.
