The Zarraffa’s Loyalty app allows you to earn points when purchasing in-store and then use those points to redeem free drinks!

This app is an extension of our existing loyalty program, and it allows you to:

- View current balance,
- View/edit account details,
- View purchase history made at any of our stores,
- Update marketing communication preferences,
- View our full range of drinks, food, coffee beans, and merchandise available in store,
- Send us feedback,
- Order a physical card that is posted to you,
- Safe in-store "no-contact" scanning using the app,

And more!

Upon joining the loyalty program, you will receive a free standard size drink which can redeemed in-store at any of our stores. You will also receive a free standard size drink each year on your birthday.
