Your member number is indicated on all your contractual documents, your green card and your member card.
If you are uninsurable or debarred, you cannot use this application.

You have joined MAIF VIE: Your connection identifier is your membership number. This number is in the form of P456789B. You can find it on all your contractual documents linked to MAIF VIE.

You are not MAIF insured: Your connection identifier is the e-mail address you provided when you made your quote or created an Internet account on MAIF.FR.
