The 3rd Element program (3E) delivers life changing training for high school and collegiate athletes in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence and how to be an effective teammate. These soft skills help athletes to realize their full potential as well as improve the overall sports experience. The training is delivered through a series of video lessons and kicks off with a ME assessment, an assessment to help athletes better understand their strengths and tendencies as they relate to others. When completed, athletes receive a certification that they can take with them.

The skills trained in the 3E program are the same skills that are critical for success in life after athletes stop competing. Learning to function as teammate and be accountable to others are critical skills for success in today's world.
