Octa Health, India’s first app to create Health ID by NDHM

Download Octa Health App to create your Health ID. Health id helps you to get all of your health records in one place and build your medical history seamlessly. Octa Health ID is designed as per the guidelines of NDHM. Share your health records with your doctor. Invite your family members to create their health ID. Create Unique Child Health IDs to manage their health records. See all of your longitudinal health data structured in the app. Get the health records instantly when a healthcare provider emails them to your NDHM Health id.

Features of Health ID:
Octa Health ID provides a Health locker to get all of your health records in one place and create a longitudinal view of your health data. Octa Health ID works in alignment with Health ID launched by NDHM. You will be able to convert your Octa Health ID to Health ID by NDHM once it is rolled out pan India by National Health Authority, Govt of India.

1. My health records:
Create your Health Id and create a longitudinal view of your health records - Create a Health ID and store all our medical reports in one place. Ask your Doctor, Labs, Hospitals to email your health records on your health ID (your_mobile_number@octa.health) and you will get your health record instantly on Whatsapp. It will also get saved in Octa Health Locker in the app.

2. Save your health records:
If you have Prescriptions, Lab Reports on Whatsapp, or any other telemedicine platform, Just click on the share button and save it to the Octa Health button will appear. You can also email all of your previous health records on your Health ID and it will get saved in your Octa Health App.

3. Share your Health Records:
Securely share your health records with your Doctors, Hospitals, and family members using your health ID.

4. Security & Privacy:
You have full control over your health records and no one can access them without your permission. You have the option to give temporary access and then revoke it to Doctors or Family Members. Health Lockers in Octa Health App is encrypted with SHA256 encryption.

5. Add your family members
The health history of your family is a very critical part of your comprehensive health history. Invite all of your family members to create their Health Id by NDHM and securely get all their medical records in one place. No family member can access the health records of another family member without their approval.

6. Access family/patient health records
Access your family health records with their approvals. Ask them to share their health records with you. You can access them through the ‘My Family Health Record Section’ inside the app.
