TMS MOBILE EHR/EVV System is an Electronic Visit Verification application that is an add-on/mobile module to our existing Windows based TMS Software. TMS MOBILE EHR/EVV System can be used daily by Case Workers to provide necessary data, allowing Providers to track prescribed Outpatient Services and also allows the worker to dictate Case Worker Notes remotely. This app collects data that includes geo-coordinates, date/time stamp, minimal recipient demographics and services provided.

This collected information is pushed to the cloud via Wi-Fi and/or data connection making it solely and readily available to the subscribing Provider at any given time.

PLEASE NOTE: TMS EHR/EVV Mobile System is an add-on module that requires it's Windows based parent application, TMS Software. This system is required for accessing any data that is pushed/stored in the cloud and formulating reports. Though this application is provided free of charge, there is a subscribing fee for the parent application that must be in place.
