As a support tool for real estate development we developed an Augmented Reality application.
This augmented reality app lets you place a scaled model of the proposed building, place scaled models of the separate condo types and look around in 360 views inside the condo’s and the pool area. Furthermore you can change the day setting of the exterior into a night setting. The app gives you a better understanding of the quality of this development. High build quality and finished of the materials used are clearly visible and explorable in this app.
One additional feature of the app lets you view the interior in VR model. Be advised that this option lets you leave the app and sends you to a web browser environment. For this functionality is a working internet connection necessary. We wish you a pleasant viewing of this property.

To use the app: Install it. Run the app, follow the onscreen instructions. Be advised that scanning of the area, before placing the model, could take some time. High contrast surroundings are helpful to recognize the surfaces to place the model and keeps the model steadily in place. Also shiny surfaces are not easily recognized.
