I’m an avid weight lifter myself, I was using spreadsheets, apps, writing things down, and I kept thinking: “There has to be a better way”.
In a sea of weight training apps, I wanted something different. No overly complicated tracking, just the ability to follow a workout plan consistently. I wanted to come up with something that everyone who worked out would be able to use without having to worry about tracking down to every single rep.
