The new, up-to-date version of Facts on the Ground, Americans for Peace Now's settlements map app, can be used to explore data from Israel's Peace Now (Shalom Achshav) about Israeli settlement activity in the West Bank.

The map is organized in several layers that show different types of data. Use the "Layers" menu to customize your view by selecting or deselecting individual layers. Click on a settlement or outpost icon to display its name, population, and the year it was established. Click again on the name of the settlement or outpost to display a detailed profile.

The "What Are Settlements?" section features a video introduction to the issue of Israeli settlements, up-to-date statistics from Peace Now, a comprehensive glossary, and all the latest issues of APN's publication, "Settlements in Focus."
