Kducidad is a system for the control of expiration dates in stores, warehouses and supermarkets.
What does this application offer to control expiration dates?
-It offers the peace of mind of knowing that the most perishable products in your workplace are under the tight control of an application dedicated exclusively to controlling their shelf life.
-Time to dedicate to other important tasks within your business, while our application takes care of alerting you every day about all the products that are about to expire before it happens.
-A considerable reduction in the losses caused by shrinkage due to expiration in any store, warehouse or supermarket.
Main features
-A simple but effective database, where you can store the information of all the products you handle in your workplace, along with their expiration dates.
-A system of daily reports showing which products have expired and which are about to expire. In addition, it offers the possibility of processing each one of the alerts of the report classifying them in the following sections; Postpone, Sell, Sell off or offer.
-The possibility of exporting each of these reports to a spreadsheet, so that your team members can share it with you.
-A button to scan barcodes and an action menu, which work in a contextual way adapting its functionality to the screen that the application is showing at that moment.
-A backup system that allows you to save and recover both the database and the application preferences.
-A system of categories, subcategories and levels, which will allow you to classify each of your products in its corresponding section.
-Quick configuration of several devices using a backup Do you want to have several terminals working with the same database and the same preferences? Then share your backup with the rest of the terminals, for a better team workflow.
-System connection to a local or remote server via FTP. Save your work on the server to share it later with the rest of your team members.
BACK-END: Control the most important aspects of the application within an administrator panel that you can lock by password.
FRONT-END: Allow your team members to work with the application, offering them an easy-to-use user interface.
Quick launch
-Open the app and go to the main menu, click on Create edit products and on the next screen, click on the + button.
-Enter the product information and click on + again.
-The application will ask you if you want to link new expiration dates to the created product.
-Accept with the button on the left and you will be directed to the expiration dates screen, where you can add new dates to the product by clicking again on the + button. You can enter as many dates as you need.
-From this moment on and every day that you open the application for the first time, it will collect all the data and generate a daily report to review, with the products closest to their expiration date.
-Remember that all the data you enter during the day will start to be processed the next day.
