About: Splashtop Add-on Handheld

このアドオンにより、技術者が Splashtop Rugged＆IoT Remote Support を使用して、Splashtop SOSアプリまたはSplashtop Streamerアプリを介してハンドヘルドデバイスをリモート制御できます。

Splashtop SOSでこのアドオンを使用：
1.モバイルデバイス（https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splashtop.sos）にSplashtop On-Demand Support（SOS）アプリをダウンロードして起動します。
2. SOSアプリの指示に従って適切なアドオンをインストールします



3.セッションIDを、Splashtop Rugged＆IoT Remote Supportアカウントを使用してリモートでデバイスにアクセスして制御するリモート技術者と共有します


Splashtop Streamerでこのアドオンを使用：
1.デバイスにSplashtop Streamerアプリをダウンロードして起動します（Splashtop Remote Supportアカウントから作成および展開します）
2. Streamerアプリの指示に従って適切なアドオンをインストールします
3. Splashtopから入手したSplashtop Rugged＆IoT Remote Support製品を使用して、デバイスにリモートでアクセスして制御します。
