The reason we exist is to help our customers to get a property ASAP. We are a PROPERTY listing platform, where the owners or the current flatmates(we call them host of the property) can come up and post their property and users of the app i.e our customers can have a look at the wide range of property options that’s available on our platform and can get the contact details of the owner/host and can then directly contact them.




We do all this at NO CHARGES at all to both side i.e owners/host and tenants. All the properties which are listed on our platform are 100% brokerage free, no brokerage will be charged in any form to our CUSTOMER or to OWNER/HOST of the property.

While you post your property ad on the platform, few details have to be filled in the post ad form and then once you submit your form, we will verify whether all the information entered by you is 100% correct and we will make sure if its brokerage applicable property then that particular ad will not be posted on our platform as our mission is to provide zero brokerage property to all our customers.

Our customers can see all the zero brokerage properties for free and can get the contact details of all the properties for free. They can search for a sharing or individual occupancy in a preoccupied flat or they can search for a full flat for their accommodations.

The platform has several features like the user can shortlist the property by adding the desired property to the favorite section of the application. The user can view detailed information about the property with its rental and deposit/security details and can also get the information about the house and society amenities.

We have one very interesting feature where the property searching can be very convenient and make come up as the fastest way of searching for a property. The feature is called map my search which will have all the properties coming up on the google maps, giving you a better location idea about the search of the property.

If we come across any suspicious act or if any broker tries to spam our platform, strict legal actions will be taken over them.
