About: Peak Performance Sports

Welcome to Peak Performance Sports. Established in 2010 to meet the growing demands from local councils, schools and parents for Healthy Living Workshops and Holiday Camps.

Our projects help promote children’s knowledge and understanding of health, nutrition and fitness whilst maximising children’s fun and exercise.

Our core workshop is an interactive circuits session called Get Kinected. The concept of Get Kinected uses gaming technology to promote children’s motivation and fitness levels.
