VirtuAll App Senior is a free application that encourages the practice of sports activities. At the same time, it allows you to record various health parameters and consult your history for a better understanding of your evolution.
The VirtuAll App Senior application was developed within the scope of the VirtuAll project, which aims to create and develop a network of spaces / activity rooms, which aims to increase knowledge about aging in its various local realities; fostering active and healthy aging (which includes health literacy); innovative approaches in the field of social and technological innovation; promotion of culture, active social life and intergenerational activities; facilitate the transfer of knowledge at the technological level and assessing its impact and results.
The VirtuAll App Senior application was created to make your life easier, while creating a communication bridge between you and the professionals of the VirtuAll project.
With the application you can:
• Perform physical activities in real time;



• Define sporting objectives;
• Record various health parameters such as: Weight, blood pressure, medications, among others;
• Consult the future events of the VirtuAll Project;
• Information about the VirtuAll Project;
• Tips for mobile applications useful for your day-to-day.
