César Silvano, with several years of experience in the music scene of Asunción, performing as a guitarist and composer in the vertical local band (@verticalpy) for the last 7 years, participating in tours, festivals and concerts, sharing the stage with the most important bands with musicians and local bands, also international as Alient Ant Farm, POD among others.

Today owner of Penny Lane studio, venturing into production, advertising and releasing material independently, in 2019 he debuted as a solo artist with the release of the single My Place.
