The UAV 2012 entered into force on January 30, 2012. The UAV are the most commonly used general conditions in construction and are frequently used in construction law. It is estimated that with the UAV, around fifty billion euros of construction turnover per year is recorded in civil engineering, road construction, hydraulic engineering and residential and commercial construction combined.
