The 428th Field Artillery Brigade Retention App is designed to educate Soldiers, Leaders and Families within the 428th FA BDE on the Army's Retention Program, Current Milper Messages, Broadening Opportunities and the (SFL) Soldier for Life Program. This App will provide educational information for Soldiers and their Families reenlisting on Active Duty, transitioning into the Army Reserve or transitioning into the SFL program. The information that is provided will be easily accessible on Android devices.
