MoVe-In (Monitoring of Polluting Vehicles) is an experimental project of the Lombardy Region that promotes innovative ways to control vehicle emissions by monitoring distances, taking into account the actual use of the vehicle and the driving style adopted.
By joining the service, the user obtains a mileage exemption from the limitations of the current circulation which allows to circulate when one wants but for a fixed number of kilometers every year
