About: Fascicolo Sanitario

Fascicolo Sanitario is the application that allows you to quickly access the main digital health services of the Lombardy Region, and have all your medical history in a single tool.

Through the app you can:
• download health documents without having to go to the health facility to collect the paper document;
• collect prescriptions issued in Lombardy or in other regions without having to go to the doctor to collect the reminder. For pharmaceutical prescriptions, you no longer need to print them: you can show the barcode to the pharmacist;



• view your and your children's vaccinations administered in Lombardy or in other regions and made available by the vaccination centres;
• add useful documents to enrich your Health Record;
• view your appointments;
• consult your care plans, if you have joined the chronic patient management scheme;
• manage consent to consult the Health Record, for you and your children;
• view the data of your general practitioner;
• download the COVID-19 green certifications when made available by the national platform of the Ministry of Health;
• consult the celiac budget for you and your children;
• view the list of your active exemptions.


You can access the Health File app with your SPID digital identity or via the CIE Electronic Identity Card: you must have already installed the CieID app on your device.
