When coffee and loud music isn't enough, this app was developed for people who have trouble staying awake. Its simple when you begin to become sleepy and are not active your heart rate drops. This apps prompts you for a desired heart rate in which you want the device to vibrate and alert you that your heart rate is dropping and will continue to vibrate and alert you until your heart rate raises.

. First option - enter a desired heart rate in which you would like to be alerted off

. Second option- select start without putting a desired heart rate in and the app will record the first reading and will alert you when your heart rate is 10 bpm below your first reading
