Whether you’re feeling out of sorts or at the top of your game we empower you to find the strongest version of yourself each and every class. Our rhythm based spin classes allow you to leave your work day (and anything that doesn’t serve you) behind and spend 45 minutes focusing on your own (sweaty) self. We believe that fitness should be focused on moving your body, not changing your body.6IX Flow is a music-based, beat-driven, candle-lit, sweat-infused practice to help you connect movement to breath with full intention while connecting to your body and the beat. It’s a different kind of flow, classes that hit pause on heady mantras and push play on core breaks and loud music. We break down traditional barriers to make yoga more inclusive and accessible and believe that yoga is a celebration of your beautiful, strong body.
