THE COMMUNITY IS WINNIPEG’S FIRST ALL-IN-ONE FITNESS STUDIO.

We offer four classes under one roof all downtown. Our motivating CYCLE class will get your blood pumping, grab some gloves and a bag and box to the beat in our CRUSH class, strengthen your body and mind in our CAMP class, and breathe easy in our CALM class.

Whether you were last to be picked in gym class, or all-star champion, you will always find a place on our team.
