0. Tap on Heart to measure heart rate. it will stay red for 10 to 15 secs while it takes



reading and then the text will show reading taken.
1. Tap on logo to open watch settings menu.
2. Tap on steps text to open Samsung health app.
3. Tap on Month or date text to open calendar.
4. Left red needle shows current minutes.
5. right red needle shows current hours.
6. red needle at 6 o clock shows current seconds.
