The Rock Prodigy Hangboard Trainer by Trango provides workout guides & timers based on the Rock Climber's Training Manual protocol and is designed for Rock Prodigy Hangboards: The Rock Prodigy Pivot, Rock Prodigy Forge, and Rock Prodigy Training Center.

Featuring 3 different levels of difficulty and 2 Pivot specific workouts, the Hangboard Trainer app will provide you with a complete guided workout, covering hang & rest timers with hold-specific photo references, making it easy to switch between grips. Additionally, you can build custom workouts, selecting different hold options to make your ideal session! And finally, use the built-in interval timer to manage non-hangboard workouts to optimize your training off the board.

The updated app also features brand new workouts designed to function with the specific rotational process of the Pivot Board which will let you train more efficiently than ever!
