Pollenius is your companion for pollen allergies and enables you to take an active part in researching pollen allergies in times of climate change and changing biodiversity.
The diary allows you to record symptoms and medication intake, as well as keep an overview of the time spent outdoors.
The app also provides current pollen data for Berlin every 3 hours, virtually in real time!

The Pollenius app was developed in close collaboration with the young research group POLARISE, the Clinic for Pediatrics m.S. Pulmonology, Immunology and Intensive Care Medicine, at the Charité Universitätsmedizin – Berlin adapted to collect data for the #berlinbreathing research project and to closely support participants. The aim of the working group is to develop a prediction system that will make it possible to predict individual allergy symptoms in the future and thus make life with pollen allergies easier to plan. In addition, the system should provide early warning of the occurrence of new allergies and thus enable early countermeasures (allergen avoidance, allergen immunotherapy, etc.).
