Earn according to your schedule and start today. Quickly sign up through the application and accept your first taxi ride.
Process of Registration on the Application
You can register only through your email ID and password, so there is no need for social sign-in.
Enter your Email Address (which you are using actively)
You will receive an OTP for the verification on the Mail
Enter the OTP
Click on ok
The admin will verify the application for the driver position.
Once the admin verifies the account, your account gets activated for driving services.
Re-login with your email ID and password.
Once you log in, a dashboard with your personal information will appear.
You have to fill in your personal information like:
Enter your First name and Last name
Add your Date of Birth
Provide the phone number on which the customer will reach you
You have to add your picture
Once done, click on confirm and Ok.
Your profile is created, which you can edit using the “Profile” option.
How to Confirm or Pick a Ride
Follow these easy steps to confirm and pick a ride quickly:
Open the JCA Driver Application; your profile will be already logged in (if you have not logged out from the last use).
You must select the online mode to confirm and pick up a ride. If your profile is kept offline, you will not receive ride requests.
Once the profile is online, you can receive requests from customers near the 10- 15 kms parameter.
Once you receive the ride request, you can see information such as the pickup location, destination, and price for the ride.
You can accept the ride according to the information given. The available time to confirm the ride is 30 seconds. You cannot take the ride after it, which will pass to another driver.
Once you have accepted the ride, the driver can’t cancel it.
Navigate Through Other Available Features:
A menu bar is available on the left side of the screen. Click on the icon, and a sidebar with features like profile, support, etc., will open.
Support:
This option allows you to write about your ride or any application-related issue and submit it. Support team will contact you soon.
Complete Profile:
You need to add further information related to your vehicle in this option:
You need to add your profile Picture
Upload your driving license
Add Vehicle (you can add multiple vehicles)
Vehicle Details
Please add details for each of the vehicles you have added. The details include the Type of Vehicle, Model, Vehicle Number, RC, Chassis, Engine number, etc.
History:
Clicking the history option will give you a compact and comprehensive ride history. Select the past ride you need more information about, such as the ride ID, day, date, time, cost, and distance.
You may also contact the support team directly by selecting the comprehensive details of the ride. This option is also available under this tab.
My Earnings:
You can track your daily, weekly, and monthly earnings on this tab. Also, you can withdraw the amount through this section.
To withdraw your amount, you have three different platforms available:
Paypal
Stripe
Bank Transfer
For each option available, you need to provide the required details.
Log Out
If you are changing devices or logging in with a new ID, you can directly log out by clicking the option and confirming it.
Write a Review
Once you complete the ride, you can write a review regarding your journey and the passenger. You can rate your ride experience and customer behavior separately.
