Once service is complete, each user is required to leave a rating and/or review of each other. All caregivers go through background checks, build an accurate profile, and upload current identification. All of this information is then cross-referenced to ensure users have a safe experience.

The price you see is the price you pay. We have one platform fee that is automatically calculated into the hourly pricing you see, and you only pay when you use the platform.
