The rules are simple...

The suit decides the exercise, and the number decides how many times you do it.

Keep drawing cards and doing the exercises until the deck is empty!




Choose between the Fast Workout for 5 minutes of high intensity, or the Epic Workout to build your body to superhero level.

Go as fast as you can, and try and beat your own time!
