Legality of materials:

The textbooks available in the appendix are publicly available on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine https://mon.gov.ua and on the website of the state textbook repository https://imzo.gov.ua.

Pursuant to the current legislation of Ukraine, according to paragraph 3 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2145-19) the state guarantees free provision of textbooks and manuals:
"The state guarantees free provision of textbooks (including electronic ones), manuals of all applicants for full secondary education and teaching staff in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine."
Accordingly, access to all school textbooks recommended by the Ministry of Education, including their electronic versions, cannot be restricted in any way.
