The app is divided into two parts. The first part is the traditional and commonly used in most of online shopping application, while the second part is a new innovative system tailored specifically to suit the differences of this commodity.




The first part “commonly used”
Where the customer begins with searching, and through the search filters, he can choose the model, year and part’s classification. And like all online shopping apps, he can add the appropriate piece to the shopping cart, and fill in his personal data and places the order.

The second part “the innovative”
This part works in case that the demanded part is not available on the application, which is a common case due to the difficulty of inventorying the merchandise of each vendor. In this case, the customer can request his demanded part directly by pressing the "Request Part" button, then fills in his contact information and the requested part’s information, with an option for adding an image for more illustration, then clicks on the "place request" button to finish the process. Accordingly, his/her request will reach out the vendors who are specialized in the same type of car.
When a vendor makes a new offer, the customer will receives a notification that an offer has been made for the requested part, and through the ‘Requests’ and ‘Offers’ page, the customer can review all the available offers.
In addition, the customer can communicate directly with the vendor to inquire about any detail of the piece directly through a chat system designed specifically to protect the rights of both parties
Finally, after the customer chooses the appropriate offer, the shipping agent will send him a detailed video of the part to confirm the shipment.
