About: CHM PICU

This is a customized app developed for residents rotating through the PICU at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. The app includes divisional policies and guidelines, links to pertinent journals and articles, on-call and lecture schedules, directory linked to direct dialing, chat rooms, medication dosing quick references, pediatric vital signs chart, ICU equipment size charts, calculators for equations relevant to pediatric critical care, and orientation materials.

The aim of this app is to provide education on taking care of pediatric patients in the ICU. It is in not meant to substitute independent clinical reasoning and judgement by competent health care professionals.
