We have invested a lot of bucks in spare parts and keep an extensive range of most relevant spares ex-stock. After sales service is available throughout the country with most of our dealers/distributers and with stand alone SLV Mohali authorized service centres. This is one of the main things other suppliers in India ignore. The attitude “Liya, Diya, Bhoolgaya” No backup, No warranty. In facts its doubtful whether they will even reconize you if you go to them with a complaint.
