ग्रेजुएशन क्या है और क्यों जरुरी है ?

इंडिया में Bachelor डिग्री को ग्रेजुएशन कहते हैं । यह किसी भो क्षेत्र में हो सकता है जैसे कि आर्ट्स, कॉमर्स, साइंस, कंप्यूटर्स, मास मीडिया, जर्नलिजम, मैनेजमेंट, इंजीनियरिंग, मेडिकल, लॉ, फार्मेसी डिज़ाइन आदि । आजकल हर बड़ी कंपनी ग्रेजुएशन देख रही है । डिग्री के नाम में 'बी' रहेगा जैसे कि BA, BCom, BSc, BCA, BBA, BE, BTech, MBBS, BPharma, BEd, BMS, LLB आदि । एक जमाने में 12वीं पास को भी अच्छी नौकरी मिल जाती थी, पर आजकल अच्छी कंपनियों में बैचलर डिग्री जरुरी हो गया है ।
