Tomato Time is a Pomodoro Timer app designed specifically for people with ADHD. It is a modification of the standard pomodoro technique to help you get started on your work and to get you in the ‘zone’ faster.

Some of the features of Tomato Time include:
Timer: Tomato Time has a timer that helps you start a minimum 15-minute work session. There is no alarm when the 15 minutes are over. You can manually stop it anytime after the initial 15 minutes.




Scheduling: Tomato Time allows you to schedule a work session after 15 minutes to allow you to mentally prepare for it. An alarm will ring to remind you to start the session.

We encourage you to use this not just for work tasks, but day to day activities as well. For example, when you want to fold some clothes.
