The Pedometer feature enables users to count their walking steps each time as walking is natural medicine. This feature only counts the steps through the pedometer function and just for displaying to the users how many steps they walked.

The Breathing feature enables users to keep themself healthy with 478 Breathing Exercise,
Which means InHale the Breath for 4 Seconds, Hold the breath for 7 Seconds and Exhale the breath for 8 Seconds Slowly.

Body Mass Index(BMI) :

This feature enables users to find their BMI using Height and Weight. Also, it will show one chart in which users can find which point of BMI is good for their health.

Water Reminder :

This feature enables users to remind them to drink water as they fixed.

Medicine Reminder :

This feature enables users to remind them to have medicines on time with the medicine name.

Yoga Time :

This feature enables users to find their yoga timing.
